Wednesday 31 December - The Blender at Gramercy, New York

Comments: CANCELLED - due to 'severe illness'.

Tuesday 30 December - The Chance, Poughkeepsie

Comments: Advertising for this show was just starting to appear on the web as the tour was cancelled, but the date was never officially confirmed.

Tuesday 30 December - Virgin Megastore, Times Square, New York

Comments: CANCELLED - due to 'severe illness'.

Monday 29 December - Black Cat, Washington

Comments: CANCELLED - due to 'severe illness'.

Monday 22 December - Komedia, Brighton

Set: 1 Of The 2, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Disco Man, Dr Woofenstein, Perfect Sunday, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, History Of The World, Wait For The Blackout, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, New Rose, Plan 9 Channel 7, Dark Asteroid. encore - Sanity Clause, Eloise, Stretcher Case, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support unknown. 'Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde' featured additional unexpected drums... puzzling some of the band... it would appear that Monty played a drum piece on the keyboard in error. There was a false start to 'Plan 9 Channel 7' (because Monty was not ready?) and the number was restarted. 'Happy Talk' was a sing-a-long version to the outro music.

Sunday 21 December - Komedia, Brighton

Set: There'll Come A Day, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Danger To Yourself, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Sanity Clause, Stretcher Case, Ignite, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. There was a false start to 'Sanity Clause' and the number was hence restarted. 'Happy Talk' was Captain on guitar and vocal and John from Devilish Presley on drums.

Saturday 20 December - Roadmender, Northampton

Set: There'll Come A Day, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Danger To Yourself, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Sanity Clause, Stretcher Case, Ignite, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. 'Smash It Up' was followed by a young lad being brought on stage... at first just making a solo noise on Captain Sensible's guitar... but then other band members playing and singing along in a short made-up piece. Johnno was invited on stage during the sing-a-long version of 'Happy Talk' to the outro music.

Friday 19 December - Carling Academy, Oxford

Set: There'll Come A Day, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Danger To Yourself, Limit Club, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Little Miss Disaster, Stretcher Case, Sanity Clause, Ignite, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. The inclusion of 'Limit Club' in the set, following numerous requests from fans during the tour, was the first known appearance of this number live since 1987. 'Happy Talk' was a sing-a-long version to the outro music.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. 'Antipope' was added to the intended set following requests from the audience. Jock Blyth of GBH guested on guitar for 'I Feel Alright'. 'Happy Talk' was a fairly lengthy sing-a-long to the outro music.

Wednesday 17 December - Guildhall, Gloucester

Set: There'll Come A Day, New Rose, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Danger To Yourself, Neat Neat Neat, Dark Asteroid. encore - Sanity Clause, Stretcher Case, Ignite, Smash It Up, Happy Talk

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. A short piece of 'Drinking About My Baby' preceded 'Ignite', following an audience request, but soon meandered off. 'Happy Talk' was short and was the now familiar sing-a-long to the outro music.

Tuesday 16 December - The Point, Cardiff

Set: There'll Come A Day, New Rose, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Danger To Yourself, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Neat Neat Neat, Dark Asteroid. encore - Sanity Clause, Stretcher Case, Ignite, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support from The Monty Dons, Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. Paul Gray guested, replacing Stu West, on bass for 'Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde'. For 'Neat Neat Neat', additional guest Bryn Merrick took to the stage and the 2 ex-Damned members and Stu West all played bass. 'Happy Talk' was a short sing-a-long version to the outro music.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. Stupidity prior to 'Ignite' included an ad hoc version of 'Wot'. 'Happy Talk' was a sing-a-long version to the outro music.

Comments: Support from Devilish Presley. Slick's Kitchen should also have been in support but did not make it to the venue. 'Eloise' was unintended but added to the encore having been requested by the audience.

Thursday 11 December - Waterfront, Norwich

Set: Jet Boy Jet Girl, Love Song, Happy Talk, Sanity Clause, There'll Come A Day, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Stretcher Case, Smash It Up (part 2 only).

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen & Devilish Presley. Dave Vanian was late for the gig as he was caught in traffic and The Damned began the performance without him due to time restraints... Captain Sensible taking-up vocal duties until part way through 'Sanity Clause' when Dave Vanian took to the stage. There was an amusing moment during the gig when Dave was about to start 'Love Song' with a "Just For You"... and Pinch replied "I've got news for you, we've already played it". Lack of time resulted in the short encore with the single part of 'Smash It Up' being played. Johnno was invited on stage for his birthday prior to 'Smash It Up', and a short rendition of 'When I'm 64' was sung by the Captain... he remained on stage until the end of the show... singing along and joining in with the closing banter.

Tuesday 9 December - The Queen's Hall, Narberth

Set: There'll Come A Day, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein [may have appeared elsewhere in the set], Eloise, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Curtain Call, Neat Neat Neat, Dark Asteroid. encore - Something Else, New Rose, Ignite, Smash It Up, Master Of The Universe (?).

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. Nik Turner of Hawkwind fame joined the band on stage, playing saxaphone, from 'Neat Neat Neat' onwards and lead vocal on the song said to be 'Master Of The Universe' During 'Smash It Up', Captain Sensible disappeared into the crowd whilst playing guitar.

Saturday 6 December - Liquid Room, Edinburgh

Set: There'll Come A Day, Neat Neat Neat, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Second Time Around, Shallow Diamonds, Alone Again Or, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Stretcher Case, Ignite, Smash It Up.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. The official setlist showed the encore as 'Nature's Dark Passion', 'Ignite' and 'Smash It Up'... though as can be seen, they actually dropped 'Nature's Dark Passion'... but included 'Stretcher Case' and 'Happy Talk'.

Thursday 4 December - Irish Centre, Leeds

Set: There'll Come A Day, 1 Of The 2, Neat Neat Neat, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Shallow Diamonds, She, Danger To Yourself, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Stretcher Case, Eloise, Ignite, Melody Lee, Smash It Up, Happy Talk.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. Two women joined the band on stage at the beginning of 'Eloise'... one called Eloise, resulting in the message boarder Eloise also being invited to the stage, and all 3 then dancing to the number. 'Melody Lee' was added to the set after heckling from the crowd. The two women initially on stage during 'Eloise' returned to the stage for 'Smash It Up', leading to Captain Sensible slinging his guitar around one of them towards the end of the song - some attempted (out of tune) playing(?) resulted in the Captain singing the short vocal 'Happy Talk' to the ensuing noise.

Wednesday 3 December - The Venue, Derby

Set: There'll Come A Day, 1 Of The 2, Neat Neat Neat, Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde, Under The Wheels, Fan Club, Dr Woofenstein, Democracy, Under The Floor Again, Love Song, Shallow Diamonds, She, Danger To Yourself, Curtain Call, New Rose, Dark Asteroid. encore - Disco Man, Ignite, Smash It Up.

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. The wrong intro was played for 'She'... Captain Sensible inadvertently playing the opening to 'Curtain Call'. Similarly, for 'Disco Man' there was actually a restart, after he wrongly began playing 'Dozen Girls'. Johnno was on stage for 'Smash It Up'.

Tuesday 2 December - Junction, Cambridge

Comments: Support from Slick's Kitchen and Devilish Presley. Lead guitar on 'Neat Neat Neat' was played by Eddie Legend of Mad 3 with Captain Sensible playing bass. 'Dark Asteroid' now takes on a new twist... with additional tom toms brought on stage, from this night, for both Captain Sensible and Monty. A short piece of 'Arnold Layne' prefaced 'Happy Talk' and an Adam & The Ants ditty (comprising bits of'Antmusic' and 'Stand and Deliver') followed 'Happy Talk'.

Set: Love Song, Second Time Around, I Just Can't Be Happy Today, I Fall, Neat Neat Neat, History of The World, Eloise, New Rose, Antipope, Jet Boy Jet Girl, Plan 9 Channel 7, Ignite, Smash It Up.

Comments: Dave Berk played drums for The Damned instead of Pinch on this occasion - a statement on officialdamned.com prior to the event stated 'The Damned will be playing at the Wizard Festival in Aberdeen, this August. However, due to family commitments at that time, Pinch is unable to play this show. In an effort to satisfy festival organisers and demand from fans, The Damned have invited their old pal and Johnny Moped's stickman, Dave Berk, to sit in'. Other bands intended for the 'Voodoo Stage' (mainstage) this day were - Celtallica, Union Avenue, The Cinematics and Supergrass. Apparently 'Ignite' was (in the words of a contributor), shambolic, the timing all being wrong.

Comments: Support from Elle Diablo. Many of the audience had left the or were leaving the building as the band returned for a second encore. Captain Sensible confused everyone in the band by starting with the riff to 'Dozen Girls', in error, rather than 'Disco Man' - so the start of this number was slightly muddled.

Comments: No support act. Prior to 'Eloise', tomfoolery on stage included a short rendition of Da Da Da [originally by The Trio] played as Blah Blah Blah (a reference to Captain Sensible's Blah Party). Before 'Ignite', on stage banter included reference to Brian May of Queen - resulting in a short piece of God Save The Queen [traditional] being played.

Comments: Support from The Mighty Shakers and The Illusion Fades. The setlist showed 'Curtain Call' rather than 'Melody Lee', but apparently audience calls for 'Melody Lee' saw this track played instead.

Comments: CANCELLED - promoter pulled the intended gig the week prior to the show.
